CONDITIONS FOR RENTING A DRESS
If you have any questions, please contact our customer support
Choose your dress, size and rental time (3 or 7 days) by sending us a request. We will answer you as soon as possible whether the dress is available. Bookings can be made up to 6 months away.
Our rental prices start from 50e. The first rental (new dresses with all tags that no one has worn yet) will cost a little more.
You can choose to delivery either to your doorstep or to the nearest postal pick-up point. Posti delivers our clothes reliably all over Finland. We will send our clothes well in advance, so you will probably receive the outfit a few days before the rental starts.
Or you can pick up clothes from our office in Vantaa for free on the day before the start of your rental.
At the start of the rental you will receive a clean and ironed outfit.. You can still Steam or iron the outfit according to the instructions on the washcloth before the h-moment.
You can toss the outfit into any delivery . We will send you a pre-paid return card, which you can put in the plastic pocket of your suit bag. Or you can return the clothes on the right day and time to our office in Vantaa.
Please return the outfit by the appointed time, as it may already be reserved for the next lovely customer.

You can either change your booking to another outfit or date, change to a gift card or cancel it so that we will refund the amount of money spent on it. The booking must be cancelled at least 14 days before the first rental date. We understand that unexpected illnesses may occur just on the eve of the party. In this case, you can contact us, and we will agree flexibly on how to proceed.
Of course, you can come to our office and we will arrange a fitting date in advance.
Dirt and stains are part of life (and parties). We want you to be able to wear the outfit as if it were your own without a care in the world. We always wash and have the outfits washed between rentals. But for the stains that we cannot wash ourselves, we will charge you the cost of dry cleaning. And for the holes on the clothes, 100% of the cost of the dress.
