DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shipping costs for products bought from the webshop include packaging and postage. THE prices of the different delivery methods can be viewed on the Checkout page when the items are moved to the shopping cart.

Our Web Store is not responsible for loss or damage of the product during delivery. We will choose the best service provider to deliver your product. All actions from you are just a signature when you receive your package. LuckyGirl is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure. LuckyGirl also reserves the right to perform partial deliveries.

Please note that additional customs, duties and brokerage charges may apply depending on the destination and will be collected at the time of delivery. This is part of your responsibility.

Our Web Store aims to dispatch all orders within two (2) working days of receipt and credit card authorization, if product is available immediately. Product-specific delivery times are visible in the product page. Please note, delivery time could be longer during the campaigns. If ordered product is not available for unexpected reason, our customer service will contact you.

You have the right to return your order by contacting the Web Store within 14 days of the delivery. This is stated in the Finnish consumer protection legislation. Please contact us. Notice: Personalized products are not eligible for returns or changes.

Returned products must be unused, in the condition they were in when received by you, include all additional parts included in the order and repackaged into its original package or an equivalent. The product must be returned immediately after notifying us of a return. If the package should be lost in transit, we will not be responsible.

Please remember to return the product with a copy of the delivery note with a reason for the return. When we have received your shipment, the amount will be refunded. We will not refund the cost of return-shipping costs.

Additional notes: The merchandise offered in Web Store is presented in the format of digital images of existing merchandise. Minor divergences of the photographs from reality do not constitute a defect of the ordered merchandise.
